Shipping and Delivery
Where do we ship?
We ship domestically and internationally! Shipment service is mentioned against the products on their respective product pages. If you don’t see a shipping option that fits, just let us know at info@puvoli.com so we can help you out!
Note: Order processing time (normally within 5 days) does not count towards shipping days. Shipping days are only counted after the product has shipped from our side. Local shipments time is less than a week while int’l shipments take between 6 to 13 days normally. Please refer to product page for further information.
Free Shipping
We cover shipping costs for all our products worldwide unless stated otherwise in the product description. There is no minimum order value to ship them free of charge.
Track your order
After a few days of placing an order with us, you can easily track your order on the ‘Track Order’ page.
Multiple products delivery
If you order several products at a time, there is a chance that you will receive multiple packages separately. You can wait for other products to arrive if you have already received the first package.
Disclaimer in case of wrong address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides the correct shipping address. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is a very small amount of time to cancel/change your order or change your order address.
If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at info@puvoli.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying timeframes within which we can do so.
